DELIVERY

Items in stock will normally be despatched within two working days.

If an item is out of stock we will contact you. You can choose to wait, pick an alternative or cancel your order and obtain a full refund.

If the packaging looks like it has been used before it will have.Wherevever possible we will use reclaimed packaging.We never throw reusable boxes and packing away but use them to send orders.

FREE STANDARD PARCEL DELIVERY when you spend over £75.00

This is available for most of our home accessories, gifts, lighting and even smaller pictures and furniture.

Standard Delivery Charge A for orders up to £20.00 is £2.95

Standard Delivery Charge B for orders between £20.00 and £75.00 is £4.95

Standard Delivery Charge C for orders above £75.00 is FREE

Larger/Fragile/Heavy Items

Delivery arrangements for Larger/Fragile/Heavy Items are detailed in the Product Description of each item.

We currently deliver to mainland UK only.

We do not deliver to Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the following postcodes BT,GY,HS,IM,JE,LD,ZE

All goods despatched need to be Signed For when delivered.
N.B. the carrier will ask you to sign for the goods on delivery. If you have not been given opportunity to examine the goods, please sign for them as `unexamined`. If you notice the outer packaging is damaged please sign the delivery paperwork as `package damaged` or if you wish, at that stage, refuse the delivery

LOCAL VAN DELIVERY

We can deliver online and shop orders with our own Van to local addresses in all FY and most PR postcodes.

Local Van Delivery is FREE on orders over £100.00 otherwise £5.00

We will call you before delivery to arrange a time and aim to make deliveries within 5 working days.

CLICK and COLLECT - Store Collections FREE

All online orders can be delivered FREE to our stores and you can collect at your convenience. Orders are usually ready to collect within a day or two, but to avoid any confusion we will phone you to confirm the order is ready for collection.

CLICK and COLLECT - Larger/Fragile/Heavy Items

These are usually furniture and some larger lighting items. If you wish to collect a larger/Fragile/Heavy Items please ensure you bring someone to help you load your vehicle. Whilst we are happy to help you load your order we may not always have someone available when you arrive.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchases from forsyths-online. If you’re not, just return the product to us or to one of our stores.

Unwanted Items

You can return your order if you notify us by e-mail within 7 days of receiving the order. We will refund the cost of the order and the original delivery charge, provided you return the full order. The returned goods must reach us within 14 days of you receiving the order.

All goods returned should not have been installed, modified or used and returned in the original packing with any associate components supplied. They must be in a resalable condition.

In order to process your refund, please include the completed Return Slip with the returned item.

Remember the goods remain your responsibility until received at forsyths and the cost of returning the items is at your expense. We recommend you use a registered postal service and retain proof of postage or a carrier service that uses tracking ID.

Once the goods are received back and checked any refund will be credited-back usually within 5 days to the original payment card used.

Christmas Gifts

Items bought as Christmas presents can be returned during the following January. The original purchase receipt must be available. Items can be either exchanged or the value offset against any higher value sale. No cash refunds are available, but a Credit Note/ Voucher will be issued shop price

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Please open and check your order when delivered and if it is faulty or damaged, contact us as soon as possible by e-mail or phone. We will then arrange a replacement, exchange or refund depending on the problem.
